We have enabled timely delivery of millions of national identity cards, simplified millions of lives with FASTag, and upgraded urban areas with world-class transit solutions. Our innovation, scale, reach and robust data security has made us a trusted partner to governments to power prestigious initiatives of national importance.
Over the years, we have supported digital governance with PAN, Citizen ID cards, Ayushman Bharat, and Health cards, as well as census schedules for the Election Commission, investment statements, and many more. We take pride in our pivotal role in India's welfare and identity systems connecting citizens and governance, as we take an increasingly digitally-savvy populace ahead, with Make In India infrastructure.
We have manufactured and delivered a staggering 450 million plus Citizen ID cards till date. We adopted special-purpose equipment to automate printing, laminating, and enveloping of printed letters. We partnered with India Post who set up extension counters at our premises to aid delivery, while daily updates and full visibility was provided to government officials on the project progress via a dashboard. All this was done to precision, helping fulfil the need for individual identity and digitisation of government processes.
We are revolutionising urban mobility with RFID and NFC-enabled smart cards, facilitating seamless access to public transportation, optimising commutes, and enhancing commuter experience. Notably, we provided the bulk of FASTags for NCPI during launch, accelerating its adoption and revolutionising highway toll collection.
We printed and delivered 80 million census schedules to 28 states. Special-purpose machinery and new processes were introduced to account for vernacular fonts and unique barcodes in a single printing pass cycle. We developed an application workbench for real-time tracking. We also accommodated a mission-based India Post office and India Post collection location inside our premises for quicker shipping.
Empowering the government's goal of 100 smart cities in India, we have used advanced RFID technology to power multi-level payment solutions. These RUPAY chip debit / credit cards integrate multiple prepaid wallets for different utilities, transit providers and retail chains. This enables citizens to easily monitor spends, and provide pre-loaded cards for dependents.
Seshaasai partnered with the National Health Protection Mission to print letters for the project’s national rollout.
