Yes, our “working backwards” mentality helps us deliver, but only because we know we can fall back on a network of partners we have cultivated relationships with over decades.

• Unparalleled manufacturing might across the country. For instance, taking just payment cards from our product range, our IBA-approved manufacturing sites have a monthly manufacturing capacity of 11.4 million cards. We have significant scaling capability.
• Our infrastructure helps us prepare for changing trends in advance. For example, a massive scale-up was needed for cheque books during demonetisation in 2016 and we delivered without a glitch. Our current investment scale up in RFID is another instance of our insights into the readiness of the market for such technologies.
• We fulfil stringent SLAs - this is the result of the organisation structure which blends decentralised scale with localised supply chain. If a banking customer requires 100,000 debit cards delivered the next day in a remote district in the country - we can do it.
