Chairman and Managing Director

Pragnyat Lalwani

Pragnyat Pravin Lalwani, aged 54 years, is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Mumbai. He has been associated with our Company since its inception in September 1993.

He plays a key role in our Company's strategy, which focuses on using technology and innovation to maintain industry leadership. He has over 30 years of experience in strategy and innovation and is a solution architect and designer for complex digital print workflows.

He also guides the in-house innovation lab for indigenous technology upgradation.

Whole-Time Director

Gautam Jain

Gautam Sampatraj Jain, aged 53 years, is the Whole-Time Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in Science from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Mumbai.

He has been associated with our Company since its inception in September 1993 and is responsible for day-to-day operations and financial planning. With over 30 years of experience in financial functions, he has led high-tech projects for our Company, meeting global standards.

Chief Financial Officer

Pavan Kumar

Pavan Kumar Pillalamarri holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

With over 13 years of experience, he specializes in financial management, audits, taxation, risk assessment, and strategic planning. He started his career in assurance and financial operations before joining Seshaasai to lead projects and drive growth through new initiatives. Pavan leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining financial health, while playing a pivotal role in delivering strategic insights that drive the organization’s growth and success.

Head, Business Development and Growth

Bosco Mascarenhas

Bosco Mascarenhas is the Head of Business Development and Growth at our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 1, 2012. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pune.

He is responsible for the business development and marketing functions of our Company. Previously, he was associated with Aircel Limited, Xerox India Limited, and Aptech Limited. He has over 27 years of experience in business development and marketing.

Head, Information Technology

Sandeep Khurana

Sandeep Khurana is the Head of Information Technology. He has been a director of our subsidiary, Rite Infotech Private Limited, since February 12, 2004. He holds a bachelor's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

With over 20 years of experience in software development, he is responsible for the technology and information technology functions of our Company. He was the founder and director of Rite Infotech Private Limited and played a key role in its growth.

Head, Operations – Payment Solutions

Venkat Sandhi

Venkat Sandhi Satyanarayana Tangella is the Head of Operations – Payment Solutions at our Company, associated since April 1, 2002. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Bombay and a master's in business administration from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.

With 29 years of experience in administration and operations, he oversees card, cheque, communication, and fulfillment solutions. Previously, he was with Aryavart Additives Private Limited.

Head, Operations – IoT Solutions

Sairam Raghavan

Sairam Raghavan is the Head of Operations – Internet of Things (“IoT”) Solutions at our Company and is responsible for IoT operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. He has been associated with our Company since May 17, 2005, and has 19 years of experience.

Head, Corporate Accounts and Taxation

Ganesh Srinivasan

Ganesh Srinivasan is the Head of Corporate Accounts and Taxation at our Company, associated since April 1, 1997. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in commerce from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.

With over 27 years of experience in accounting and taxation, he oversees corporate accounts and taxation functions.

Regional Head, North and East

Krishnan Kutty

K. Krishnan Kutty is the Regional Head – North and East at our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2006. He is responsible for HR functions and operations in the northern and eastern states of India.

He has completed his education up to matriculation and has over 18 years of experience in various operational functions.

Regional Head, South

Nandakumar B L

Nandkumar B. L. is the Regional Head – South at our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2008. He is responsible for HR functions and operations in the southern region of India.

He holds a bachelor's degree in public administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University and has over 16 years of experience in administrative functions.

Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Manali Shah

Manali Siddharth Shah is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company, associated since November 30, 2018. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

She oversees secretarial matters and has over eight years of experience. Previously, she was associated with J. C. Shah and Associates, a chartered accountancy firm based in Mumbai.

Jayeshkumar Shah

Jayeshkumar Chandrakant Shah, aged 59 years, is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He also serves as a director on the board of Stellar Securities Private Limited and has over 28 years of experience in accounting, assurance, and audit.

Independent Director

Abbhijet Ghag

Abbhijet Ghag, aged 58 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce, a master's degree in commerce, and a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Mumbai. He also has a diploma in business finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India and has completed the associate examination of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Additionally, he holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Previously, he was associated with Dena Bank and Axis Bank Limited. He has 37 years of experience in banking and finance.

Independent Director

Sowmya Vencatesan

Sowmya Vencatesan, aged 55 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and a master's degree in business administration from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.

Previously, she was associated with ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited in various capacities for 18 years.

Mehul Shah

Mehul Suresh Shah, aged 42 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Mumbai and has completed the examination for a master's degree in law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, New Hampshire, USA.

He is a practicing advocate and the sole proprietor of IntellectLegal, a law firm based in Mumbai. Before founding IntellectLegal, he practiced as a retainer advocate in the High Court of Bombay. He has over 15 years of experience in conducting trials and providing legal advisory services.
